Mr. Skorczewski has valuation experience related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans, fairness opinions, buy/sell agreements and many other valuation purposes. Mr. Skorczewski focuses on client company research and financial analysis. He has extensive experience in analyzing public markets and merger and acquisition markets for guideline company comparisons. He is proficient in analyzing clients’ industries and the impact of current economic conditions on those industries.

Mr. Skorczewski has significant experience on valuation issues related to employee stock ownership plans and is an active member of The ESOP Association. He has passed all three CFA examinations in three consecutive years and will be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience.

Mr. Skorczewski holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
