Mr. Schubring has provided valuation services since 1999 and has extensive valuation experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans, buy/sell agreements and other corporate matters. Mr. Schubring works with numerous employee owned companies on an annual basis providing valuation and other financial advisory services.

Mr. Schubring is an active member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Schubring was employed by The Bremer Financial Corporation, where he worked with the bank, trust and insurance divisions of the company. While at Bremer, Mr. Schubring worked extensively with financial statement analysis, production and consolidation.

Mr. Schubring is an Accredited Senior Appraiser. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance, with honors, from the
University of St. Thomas.
