Leslie is Chartwell’s Marketing Manager, where she is responsible for building and enhancing the firm’s service strategy within the financial advisory marketplace.  She works with senior leadership to create and implement Chartwell’s nationwide marketing plan and drive the firm’s business development strategy.  Leslie also assists in the development and execution of tactical level plans that that connect complex-problem solvers with a sophisticated client set.



Leslie has over 18 years of experience working in professional services marketing.  Prior to joining Chartwell, she spent nine years in business development for three major Minneapolis law firms: Fish & Richardson, Stinson Leonard Street, and Faegre Baker Daniels.  She helped attorneys grow their practices and the firms manage their business units.  Before her work in legal, Leslie held positions in other professional service industries, including information technology, staffing, construction, and luxury hotels.


Leslie earned her Masters in Business Administration with a focus in professional services management and marketing from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in food science and human nutrition from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
