He is skilled in the areas of gathering due diligence information and analyzing guideline public companies as well as examining merger and acquisition markets. Noah also studies the economic and industry conditions that can impact a company’s financial statements.
Noah began his career at Chartwell during his senior year of college when he participated in the firm’s internship program.
John is a member of Chartwell’s corporate finance practice. He supports senior members of the firm with mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and ESOP-related ownership transition transactions. He has experience in performing financial analyses, including valuation and cash flow modeling, creating marketing materials, and gathering and preparing due diligence information.
