He is also experienced in completing executive compensation benchmarking analysis and designing long-term, equity-based incentive plans. Michael is proficient in analyzing financial statements, gathering due diligence information, and analyzing public markets for business valuation purposes. PRIOR EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Prior to joining Chartwell, Michael was a financial analyst intern at Ecolab, where he analyzed the profitability of products for their Global Healthcare division and assisted with sales reporting and forecasting. Michael graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in financial management from the University of St. Thomas.
