Reed Stauffer

Reed provides valuation services related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans, equity compensation, capital structure, and financial reporting. In addition, Reed has experience in the design of executive compensation packages. He is proficient in the analysis of public market guideline companies, merger and acquisition markets, and evaluating industry and economic conditions that impact a company's operations. He works directly with ESOP Trustees and other corporate fiduciaries to provide independent financial advisory services. Reed has particular experience working with companies in the architecture and engineering sector, as well as with government contractors.



Reed is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Oregon chapter.



Prior to joining Chartwell, Reed participated in an investment group, where he was exposed to portfolio management and valuation.


Reed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in finance and supply chain management from Gonzaga University.
