Feature Body:

We begin every engagement by understanding your objectives and unique business circumstances.  Chartwell prepares a detailed comparison of the quantitative and qualitative considerations of each ownership alternative.   As independent advisors, we are unbiased as to the ultimate outcome; our objective is simply to help our client make a fully informed decision.

Chartwell provides in-depth financial analysis fully integrating your company’s strategic plan, shareholder liquidity goals, future claims on corporate cash flows, future value trajectory, and shareholder liquidity funding.

Chartwell  advises boards of directors, shareholders, and management on the benefits and considerations of various alternative liquidity events, which may include:

  • Sale to a financial sponsor (private equity)
  • Sale to a strategic buyer
  • Management buyout
  • Sale to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
  • Dividend recapitalization
  • Status quo (no transaction)
