Jake Bye

Jake is a member of Chartwell’s valuation and transaction opinions team, supporting senior members of the firm with client engagements and project management. He performs analysis related to valuations of privately held middle-market companies for financial reporting, gift, estate, and other tax purposes. Jake is well-versed in the appraisal of intangible assets and performing purchase price allocations as well as cash flow modeling in support of ownership transition planning.

Jake is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Minnesota. He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) as granted by the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Prior to Chartwell, Jake spent seven years at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP performing business valuations for clients across a wide variety of industries.
