Scott Fudenberg

Scott is a member of Chartwell’s corporate finance practice. He supports senior members of the firm with mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and ESOP-related ownership transition transactions. Scott has experience in performing financial analyses, including valuation and cash flow modeling as well as creating marketing materials, and gathering and preparing due diligence information. He has successfully executed numerous ESOP and non-ESOP sell-side M&A transactions across several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, industrials, and consumer products.

Scott began his career at Chartwell during his senior year of college when he participated in the firm’s internship program.

Scott is a registered representative with Chartwell affiliate CCS Transactions, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
