Chartwell’s 9-week investment banking internship program is designed to provide exposure to strategic advisory and financing-related transactions across a breadth of client industries. Interns will act as junior analysts on projects and work alongside execution teams on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, debt refinancings, leveraged buyouts, and more.
Basic Qualifications
- Sophomore class ranking in pursuit of a business degree and coursework in corporate finance theories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience multitasking with little oversight
