Chartwell is pleased to announce Chris Ham has joined the firm as a Director in our valuation and transaction opinions practice. Chris has more than 10 years of experience working with privately-owned businesses on a variety of financial advisory needs. With Chris comes the addition of Chartwell’s newest office location in Atlanta, Georgia.

About Chris
Previously, Chris served as Vice President in valuation advisory at a national firm where he executed various engagements including analysis of derivatives and complex securities, opinions for fairness and solvency, and valuations for financial reporting and ESOP administration purposes. Most recently, he was Director at an independent trustee practice where he led ESOP transactions and maintained responsibility for numerous ongoing ESOP company relationships.
Chris graduated from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (banking and finance).
