Chartwell Highlights New Study on ESOP Resiliency

Chartwell is proud to highlight a new study, conducted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) on behalf of the Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA), which found employee ownership of private businesses through ESOPs provided exceptional resiliency and financial security in the face of pandemic-driven economic challenges.

The study presents strong, measurable evidence that having an ESOP in place prior to the worst of the crisis helped employee-owned businesses not only to survive but also take better advantage of growth opportunities compared to their conventional, non-ESOP counterparts. Read the full ESCA news release here.

We have unparalleled expertise working with employee stock ownership plans and are proud to maintain long-term relationships with leading ESOP organizations.
