Amanda is a leader in Chartwell’s consulting practice, where she advises privately held companies with a special focus on ESOP-owned businesses. Amanda brings robust experience in financial modeling and analysis, ownership strategy, corporate development, leadership, and communication. Her ability to lead through complex situations, drive process improvements and strategic initiatives, and nurture collaborative relationships empowers others to succeed.

Professional Involvement

Amanda is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), The ESOP Association, and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). She serves as a board member of The University of Akron College of Business Finance Advisory Board and is also a member of the Leadership Akron Signature Class 41, a program for the region’s top leaders who are interested in broadening their community impact.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Amanda was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at ACRT Services, a 100% ESOP-owned environmental consulting company. Preceding ACRT, Amanda was a Financial Analyst at FirstEnergy Corp, a $15B investor-owned electric utility company.
