Professional Experience
Prior to Chartwell, Cooper served as an interim CFO or GM and M&A advisor for multiple middle market and private equity-backed businesses, led a successful performance improvement and exit process for Super Store Industries, led business development and M&A integration for Hearthside Food solutions in two successful exits, and helped start and sell an M&A support and interim leadership firm that was purchased by Grant Thornton. Before establishing a middle market and private equity-backed company focus, Cooper’s career foundation comes from Accenture as a consultant and completion of the Cisco Systems Financial Leadership development program.
