Dan Uitti

Dan has over ten years of experience in business valuation and public accounting. He performs valuation analyses for a variety of purposes including shareholder disputes, purchase price allocation, intangible asset appraisal, goodwill impairment, and tax compliance. Dan also has experience calculating economic damages, including lost profits, diminution of value, and unjust enrichment on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Throughout his career, Dan has worked with companies across a diverse array of industries.

Professional Involvement & Certification

Dan is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida and holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Dan held associate roles at B. Riley Advisory Services (formerly GlassRatner) and Stout. He began his career as an auditor at a regional public accounting firm.
