Jared Ammerman

Jared is a member of Chartwell’s interim leadership practice, where he partners with middle market and private equity-backed portfolio companies to provide financial leadership during critical business transactions. With more than eight years of accounting and financial leadership experience, he has supported clients across manufacturing and distribution, technology, and private equity, bringing a cross-industry perspective to complex financial challenges.

Jared has experience partnering closely with executive teams and stakeholders to quickly assess financial environments, identify issues, and deliver executable solutions in both stable and high-change environments. His public accounting background has sharpened his ability to step into dynamic situations and drive results across a variety of organizational contexts.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Jared spent his career at Baker Tilly, where he progressed from Associate to Senior Manager over eight years in its assurance practice leading audit engagements for clients across manufacturing and distribution, technology, and private equity-backed businesses. In this role, he developed deep expertise managing client relationships, overseeing audit teams, and delivering financial insights across a diverse portfolio of middle market companies.
