Laura Jo Peasley

Laura Jo provides administrative and strategic support to Chartwell’s CEO. She coordinates board and committee meetings and works closely with the firm’s executive leadership team to develop and implement corporate initiatives. Laura Jo has particular expertise in utilizing corporate technology systems is chiefly responsible for the maintenance of Chartwell’s CRM database, internal video training programs, and board management softwares.

Additionally, Laura Jo provides project support and coordination for Chartwell’s advisory practice. She prepares client proposals, engagement agreements, and other professional presentations. Laura Jo also performs general administrative duties including schedule management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and other related tasks.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Laura Jo was an assistant general manager at Caribou Coffee. Her responsibilities there included retaining guest satisfaction, supply ordering, recruiting and hiring, maintaining standard operating procedures, and training new employees.
