Luke joined Chartwell in 2018 and is a leader in the firm’s valuation and transaction opinions practice. He provides valuation and financial advisory services related to employee stock ownership plans, mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and other closely held business needs. He is skilled at cash flow modeling, corporate due diligence, public and M&A market analysis, and evaluating the industry and economic conditions that impact a company’s operations.
Luke is passionate about mentoring the next generation of finance professionals and leads Chartwell’s new analyst training and development program. He began his career at Chartwell as a participant in the firm’s internship program.
