Mady Sheets

Mady supports Chartwell’s corporate human resources experience and oversees the recruitment, retention, and development of the firm’s talented team across all practice areas. She is responsible for full-cycle recruiting coordination, onboarding and training organization, employee relations, and benefits administration. Mady is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Professional Involvement

Mady is an active board member with the Employee Ownership Foundation and currently serves as an officer for the Minnesota/Dakotas chapter of The ESOP Association, where she is the Vice President of Fundraising/Sponsorships.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Mady was a Talent Development Consultant at Christensen Group Insurance (an ESOP-owned company), where she led enterprise-wide recruiting efforts and built out onboarding and training programs to support organizational growth.
