Martin Ormberg

Martin is a member of Chartwell’s consulting team and is experienced in advising companies on a wide range of topics including strategic alternatives, employee stock ownership plans, ESOP transactions, and strategies for long-term sustainability. He works with business owners, management teams, and boards of directors at ESOP companies to provide a holistic perspective of a company’s financial position and future capital claims.

Martin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Minnesota and holds membership in the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Martin was a senior audit associate at Grant Thornton where he focused on all facets of audit engagements, managed client relationships, and supervised junior staff members.
