Max Kurzban

Max is a member of Chartwell’s consulting team and is experienced in advising companies on a wide range of topics including strategic alternatives, employee stock ownership plans, ESOP transactions, and strategies for long-term sustainability. He works with business owners, management teams, and boards of directors to provide a holistic perspective of a company’s financial position and future capital claims.

Max also performs valuation analysis and is skilled in the areas of gathering due diligence information, analyzing guideline public companies, as well as examining merger and acquisition markets.
