Melanie has nearly 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience. She has worked for two employee-owned companies, in industrial manufacturing and technology and financial services, as well as in the non-profit sector. Her focus is promoting the Chartwell brand while creating targeted messaging for business owners and financial advisory professionals as it relates to valuations, M&A, ESOP and ownership transition transactions.
Professional Experience
Prior to Chartwell, Melanie was Director of Marketing at Atlantic Management Company. In previous roles, she has served as chair of an ESOP Employee Ownership Communications Team and was an active member of The New England Chapter of The ESOP Association.
