Michael Fischer

Michael is a member of Chartwell’s consulting practice. He provides independent financial advisory services on topics including, ESOP repurchase obligation and sustainability, strategic alternatives, ownership, and executive compensation. He works with ESOP trustees, management teams, and business owners to develop, evaluate, and understand solutions for achieving long-term corporate sustainability.

During his career at Chartwell, Michael has also had significant experience working in the firm’s valuation and transaction opinions practice. This experience had provided him with knowledge on valuation methodologies, ESOP transaction structures, and a proficiency in analyzing financial statements, gathering due diligence information, and analyzing public markets for business valuation purposes.

Professional Involvement

Michael is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minnesota.
