Sung Yang

Sung is a member of Chartwell’s corporate finance practice. He supports senior members of the firm with mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and ESOP-related ownership transition transactions. He has experience in performing financial analyses, including valuation and cash flow modeling, creating marketing materials, and gathering and preparing due diligence information.

Sung is a registered representative with Chartwell affiliate, CCS Transactions, LLC and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Sung held associate-level investment banking positions at Lincoln International and Stephens Inc. where he executed M&A, debt, and equity raise transactions. He also has experience at Embarc Advisors and Palm Tree LLC where he supported corporate development consulting for private equity businesses.
