Todd Kenner

Todd is a consultant to the firm’s architecture and engineering industry vertical, which has grown to serve more than 150 clients over the years. With 15 years of experience as CEO of RESPEC, a technical consulting and environmental engineering firm, Todd is well-equipped to provide strategic planning services for this key industry segment of Chartwell’s client base. Under Todd’s guidance at RESPEC, the company addressed critical needs to ensure sustainability for both its business and ESOP, such as talent development, ownership restructuring, and market diversification.

Professional Involvement

Todd currently serves on the board of directors of Weston & Sampson, Morrison-Maierle, and Dakota Gold Corporation. He also serves on the executive committee of Elevate Rapid City, an organization dedicated to the economic development of Western South Dakota. Todd is a past board member of the South Dakota and Nevada chapters of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
