Chartwell is pleased to announce Todd Kenner has joined the firm as a consultant to our architecture and engineering vertical. With 15 years of experience as CEO of RESPEC, a Rapid City-based technical consulting and environmental engineering firm, Todd is well-equipped to provide strategic planning services for this key industry segment of Chartwell’s client base.

Under Todd’s guidance at RESPEC, the company addressed critical needs to ensure sustainability for both its business and ESOP, such as talent development, ownership restructuring, and market diversification. Chartwell has an enduring relationship with Todd; the firm has served as RESPEC’s financial advisor since 2007. Todd holds an Honorary Doctorate degree in public service as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. He has also completed the Finance for Senior Executives course offered by Harvard Business School.
