Amanda is a member of The ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC). She serves as a board member of The University of Akron College of Business Finance Advisory Board and is also a member of the Leadership Akron Signature Class 41, a program for the region’s top leaders who are interested in broadening their community impact.

Prior to Chartwell, Amanda was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at ACRT Services, a 100% ESOP-owned environmental consulting company. Preceding ACRT, Amanda was a Financial Analyst at FirstEnergy Corp, a $15B investor-owned electric utility company.

Prior to Chartwell, Matt was a senior audit associate at Grant Thornton where he focused on all facets of audit engagements, managed client relationships, and supervised junior staff members.

Ian is a member of Chartwell’s consulting team and is experienced in advising companies on a wide range of topics including strategic alternatives, employee stock ownership plans, ESOP transactions, and strategies for long-term sustainability. He works with business owners, management teams, and boards of directors to provide a holistic perspective of a company’s financial position and future capital claims.

Ian also performs valuation analysis and is skilled in the areas of gathering due diligence information, analyzing guideline public companies, as well as examining merger and acquisition markets.

Michael is a member of Chartwell’s consulting team and supports senior members of the firm with the execution of executive compensation-related client engagements. He also advises companies on a wide range of topics including strategic alternatives, employee stock ownership plans, and strategies for long-term sustainability. He works with business owners, management teams, and boards of directors to provide a holistic perspective of a company’s financial position and future capital claims.

Michael is registered representative with Chartwell affiliate CCS Transactions, LLC and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. He also holds the Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) certificate.

Prior to Chartwell, Michael was a client associate at Vanguard where he assisted with opening new retirement and non-retirement accounts, facilitated account decision-making, and utilized research databases to initiate transfer of assets.
