Specific analytical tasks may include: historical and pro forma company financial analysis; cash flow modeling; shareholder and repurchase obligation modeling; and preparation of client deliverables.

The primary focus of the analyst role is to assist with project execution and perform analytical tasks including: historical and pro forma client company financial analysis; public company peer group market analysis; merger and acquisition market peer group analysis; discounted cash flow analysis; industry research; report writing; presentation preparation.


Basic Qualifications for All Analysts

  • Bachelor’s degree required, related degree in finance, economics, or accounting on or before May/June 2026
  • 0-2 years of financial analyst or similar experience
  • Experience should include cash flow modeling, comprehensive understanding of valuation methods, leverage finance and transaction structuring, and investment banking basics
  • Advanced experience in Excel with financial and cash flow modeling
