Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, related degree in finance, economics, or accounting on or before May/June 2025
  • 0-2 years of investment banking or similar experience
  • Experience should include cash flow modeling, comprehensive understanding of valuation methods, understanding of ESOPs, leverage finance and transaction structuring, and investment banking basics
