We are looking to add talent to our valuation and corporate finance teams across all Chartwell offices. Associate positions to be filled immediately. Analyst and intern positions to be filled for summer 2022.
The primary focus of the associate position is to assist senior team members with client project execution across Chartwell service offerings. The majority of the associate’s time is spent on project execution, training and mentoring of analysts and senior analysts, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives. This position requires the associate to develop a deep understanding of ESOPs, business valuation, and corporate finance theory.
The primary focus of the corporate finance associate position is to assist senior team members with client project execution across in our corporate finance practice. The role is designed to provide the associate with broad-based knowledge and understanding of business valuation and corporate finance combined with significant exposure to deal execution across a variety of transaction types. It is preferred for the associate to have knowledge of ESOPs.
Hiring for summer 2022! The primary focus of the analyst position is to assist with client project execution. The analyst may have opportunities to be involved in business development activities including pitch and proposal creation, prospect company research and due diligence investigation, relevant financial and economic research, and sales presentations with prospective clients as directed. This position requires a 4-year undergraduate business degree.
Hiring for summer 2022! Chartwell’s 10-week internship program and is designed to provide entry-level understanding and knowledge of business valuation and corporate finance with exposure and interaction with all levels within Chartwell. With open positions still available in our Portland and Orange County offices, the primary focus of the intern analyst is to assist project managers with client execution.
