Associate Summary

Valuation Practice

The primary focus of the valuation associate position is to assist senior team members with project execution in our valuation practice. Specific valuation experience should include complex securities, financial reporting, Monte Carlo simulations, and binomial lattice modeling.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-year undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years relevant valuation experience
  • CPA, ASA, ABV, CFA or other relevant professional credentials preferred


Corporate Finance Practice

The corporate finance associate role provides an opportunity for a motivated professional to be a key player in the execution of corporate finance mandates while gaining significant experience from a talented, dedicated staff of professionals.

Locations with open positions: Minneapolis, Chicago

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong academic background with focus in finance, economics, or accounting
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in investment banking, cash flow lending, leverage finance, private equity, accounting, corporate consulting, equity research, or other relevant industries
  • Strong analytical abilities and deep knowledge of accounting and corporate finance theories
  • Advanced experience in Excel with financial and cash flow modeling
