Project Coordinator – Dallas, TX

The Project Coordinator (or Senior Project Coordinator, if qualified) supports senior leadership in Chartwell’s valuation and opinions practice. This position blends project coordination with day-to-day administrative and office operations support, working closely with executives to ensure the smooth execution of client engagements, internal processes, and overall office functions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working in a professional environment, preferably a financial services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or other relevant discipline
  • Experience with CRM systems, Deltek Vantagepoint preferred

Administrative Assistant – Portland, OR

The entry-level Administrative Assistant supports senior leadership and junior staff in Chartwell’s Portland office and works with team members across Chartwell’s other offices on a special projects basis. This position requires frequent interaction with colleagues, clients, professional partners, and vendors. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day office management, general administrative tasks, and a variety of corporate operations assignments.

  • 0-1 year experience working in a professional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or other relevant discipline

Staff Accountant – Minneapolis, MN

The Staff Accountant will focus primarily on accounts payable, vendor management, month-end close, and time entry reporting. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of GAAP and can work both independently and as part of a team.

  • 2-4 years of accounting experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
